Peter Gene Hernandez better known by his stage name Bruno Mars, born october 8, 1985, is an american singer-songwriter and music producer. He is originally raised in honolulu, hawaii and moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue his passion as a singer, no wonder how he grew-up so fast, because his from to a family musicians, he started performing at a very young age. His mother Bernadette Hernandez emigrate to hawaii from philippines and married to percussion player Pete Hernandez. He was called by the name of "bruno" since child by his father bcoz of a resemblance to a chubby wrestler bruno sammartino. Before he became a successful pop artist today, he work with various artist such as, Flo-Rida, Travie McCoy, Sean Kingston etc.. He is now currently associated with The Smeezingtons, B.o.B, Cee-lo Green, Travie McCoy. and he is Pround Pinoy!
